These Terms are written in Pakistan English and are intended for players located in Pakistan. All monetary references use PKR (Pakistani Rupee) unless otherwise stated.

Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same payment details, same device or same IP address — will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested by the platform. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hh998 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately via the live chat facility.
hh998 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents before your first withdrawal or at any time at our discretion. Accepted documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of initiating a transaction. These limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method and your current VIP tier.
JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast deposits are typically credited to your hh998 account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being completed on your end. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. If a deposit has not appeared within a reasonable time, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
You are solely responsible for the funds you deposit. hh998 does not accept deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties. If it is established that a deposit originated from a payment method not registered in your name, hh998 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend your account and conduct an investigation.
Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit where technically possible. This applies to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. In cases where the same method cannot be used, hh998 will contact you to confirm an alternative arrangement.
Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe displayed in your account at the time of submission. VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing with faster turnaround times. Platinum and Diamond VIP members benefit from the fastest available processing across all payment methods.
Your account must be verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be approved. Withdrawals will only be processed for amounts held as real-money balance — bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Any active bonus must be either completed or forfeited before a withdrawal request can be fully processed.
hh998 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard risk management procedure and does not imply any accusation of wrongdoing.
From time to time, hh998 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional credits to registered players. Each bonus or promotion will have specific terms attached to it — including a wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), expiry date and any game contribution rates. These specific terms are displayed at the time the offer is made and form part of these overall Terms.
Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount too) a specified number of times before the resulting winnings become withdrawable as real-money funds. The wagering requirement and contributing games are clearly stated within each offer. Wagering is calculated on real-money bets placed — bonus-funded bets may also contribute depending on the specific offer terms.
Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino, slots and table games may each carry different contribution percentages as specified in the individual promotion terms. Placing bets on low-margin or excluded markets while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
Attempting to exploit bonus offers through any form of abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to artificially clear wagering requirements or using systematic betting patterns designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus funds — is strictly prohibited. hh998 reserves the right to void bonuses, reclaim bonus-funded winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not been used within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from your account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to check the validity period of each offer before accepting it.
The hh998 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All registered players are automatically enrolled at Bronze tier from their first verified deposit. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity across all platform sections — Sports, Casino, Live Casino, Slot Games and Bingo all contribute to your tier calculation.
VIP members receive weekly PKR cashback calculated on net losses across the platform during the previous calendar week (Monday to Sunday). Cashback rates run from 5% at Bronze up to 30% at Diamond tier. Cashback is credited to your real-money balance every Monday and carries no wagering requirement — it can be withdrawn or used for further play at your discretion.
Cashback is calculated on net losses only. If you finish a week with net winnings, no cashback is generated for that week. Cashback calculations are final and are not subject to manual adjustment unless a clear system error has occurred.
VIP tiers are reviewed on a periodic basis. To maintain your current tier, a minimum level of activity is required within the review period. The specific activity thresholds for each tier are communicated within your VIP account section. Players who fall below the minimum activity threshold may be moved to a lower tier at the next review. Prior notice will be given where possible.
hh998 reserves the right to modify VIP programme benefits, cashback rates, tier thresholds and any associated perks at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance where operationally possible. Continued use of your VIP account after any announced change constitutes acceptance of the revised programme terms.
Each game section — Sports Betting, Casino, Live Casino, Slot Games and Bingo — operates according to its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. These specific rules form part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.
In the event of a dispute about the outcome of any game or bet, hh998's records shall be considered the primary source of truth. If a technical fault occurs during a game session that results in an inconclusive outcome, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to your account balance. hh998 is not liable for any loss resulting from a game session interrupted by network issues on your side.
Sports betting markets are offered in good faith based on available information at the time. hh998 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, or to suspend markets in response to match-fixing suspicions, force majeure events or other circumstances outside our control. Odds are subject to change and the odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that will be applied to that bet.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hh998 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent closure:

Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
